The Ambient Studio was founded in 2022 at the initiative of Magdalena Pios. Our mission is to design in the spirit of sustainable development. We aim to create spaces that are human-friendly, positively impacting the well-being and health of users.

We believe that in the era of the climate crisis, it is our duty to limit the negative impact of architecture on the environment. In our projects, we choose renewable materials and technologies that reduce the building’s carbon footprint. We specialize in designing buildings with wooden structures. We collaborate with top experts in energy efficiency, green and blue infrastructure, carbon footprint calculations, and ecological certifications. We keep track of EU legislation related to taxonomy and expand our knowledge to ensure that our projects comply with the upcoming regulations based on the principles of a circular economy. We have experience in designing facilities certified in BREEAM and LEED systems at the highest levels.

Magdalena Pios

An architect with extensive experience in both designing and executing complex commercial projects. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in Wooden Construction “Bauen mit Holz” at the University of Bern, and Project Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. A co-founder and current chairperson of the Sustainable Architecture Circle of the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP). An author of articles dedicated to sustainable design.
