At the beginning of November we obtained a building permit for the office building we designed. The project is carried out in cooperation with UBM Polska. Stockholm will be part of the Poleczki Park complex located in Warsaw’s Ursynów district. It is the first 4-story office building in Poland designed in a timber structure. Obtaining a permit is a big step for the dissemination of timber technology in construction. In addition to the timber frame, we used many other ecological solutions in the project, including: a green roof on which photovoltaic panels are planned to be installed; draining rainwater after treatment in a separator to an open, landscape-designed retention reservoir; a bicycle shelter next to the building for about 30 bikes, as well as showers and lockers for cyclists inside, enabling convenient use of bicycles as a means of communication.
