We design public, office, and residential buildings, focusing on quality of use, rational technologies, and the context of place. Architecture is approached as a process built on dialogue and collaboration, with strong emphasis on high-quality solutions. Sustainability plays a key role in our practice. In response to climate and regulatory challenges, efforts are made to reduce the environmental impact of construction. Specialization includes timber structures and prefabrication, using wood as a contemporary material that supports lower carbon footprint as well as efficient and high-quality delivery.Collaboration with experts in energy efficiency, blue-green infrastructure, carbon footprint analysis, and environmental certification is an integral part of the process. Projects are developed in line with systems such as BREEAM and LEED. EU regulations are closely followed to support investors in meeting environmental, social, and ESG requirements. The goal is architecture that is durable, responsible, and serves its users well.

Magdalena Pios

An architect with extensive experience in the design and delivery of complex commercial and public projects. In her work, she combines design expertise with strategic thinking and investment process management. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology, postgraduate studies in timber construction — Bauen mit Holz — at the University of Bern, and Project Management at Kozminski University. Sustainable architecture holds a particular place in her practice, understood as the conscious making of design decisions in response to environmental, regulatory, and social challenges. Co-founder and, from 2019 to 2023, chairwoman of the Sustainable Architecture Circle, she currently serves as Vice-President of the Warsaw Branch of SARP. Actively engaged in promoting responsible architecture, fostering industry dialogue, and educating both the design and investment communities. She is the author of publications dedicated to sustainable design and modern construction technologies.
