In order to provide residents with a welcoming and high-quality living environment, a range of solutions have been incorporated to strengthen the connection with nature — a factor which, as numerous scientific studies demonstrate, is essential for maintaining health and wellbeing. These solutions include:
– naturalistic landscaping around the building
– the creation of outdoor spaces for spending time in the company of neighbors
– the use of natural materials and colors — timber elevations, natural landscaping elements
– wood in the interiors
– cross-ventilation in the majority of apartments larger than a studio
– bright and well-lit corridors
– color temperature in the interiors (comfortable lighting in communal areas)
– a clear layout and wayfinding signage for better orientation within the building.
