Plans for the Future 2026

Our project for the modernization of the School Complex No. 4 in Ochota has received a “green recommendation” as a project that can serve as a benchmark and inspiration for future modernizations of Warsaw schools, particularly the so-called “millennium schools” (tysiąclatki).

Modernizing existing buildings instead of constructing new ones helps reduce carbon emissions associated with the construction phase. Furthermore, implementing thermal insulation, replacing windows, and upgrading building systems will lower emissions during the operational phase. The modernization also aimed to bring out the architectural merits of the building’s modernist design and improve the quality of its interior spaces.

Construction work on the school’s modernization is set to begin next week!
