Timber Park Office Building

The office building was designed using a timber structure with reinforced concrete elements. It incorporates solutions aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, and part of its energy will be generated by a planned rooftop photovoltaic installation. The project features a green roof from which rainwater will be drained to an open, landscaped retention basin. The facility is part of the Poleczki Park complex, located in the Ursynów district of Warsaw.

The office building in Poleczki Park is the first four-storey timber-construction office building in Warsaw to obtain a building permit. This means that despite the demanding characteristics of timber structures, the need to apply unconventional solutions, and the lack of established standards on the Polish market, designing large office buildings and public-use facilities using this technology is possible.

Thanks to the use of natural materials, the interiors of the building will provide a higher level of working comfort than a standard one. Furthermore, it will be LEED Platinum certified.
To support convenient bicycle commuting, a 30-slots bicycle parking will be provided near the main entrance, while the building itself will offer showers and lockers for cyclists.
