The office building for Grupa Burkietowicz was designed using glulam structure and timber frame technology.

Based on a rectangular block, the building's form was shaped by cut-outs designed at the junctions of the interior and exterior — entrances, facade openings and skylights. At the nodal points in the interior of the building, places for meetings, joint work or leisure were created. The facades were shaped on the principle of folding louvered panels that allow for the regulation of heat gains and at the same time provide dynamism and variability of form.
