The pavilion was designed in the central part of the business park to concentrate service functions in one main location. It was functionally divided into two parts: in the eastern part, a canteen and a cafeteria are located, and in the western part, a fitness club. On the northern side, the of the building is closed, while on the southern side, it opens up to the surrounding green area through large glazing. The building was designed in a hybrid construction of wood and reinforced concrete.
