The building is part of the Poleczki Park complex, located in Warsaw's Ursynów district. It was designed as a wooden structure with reinforced concrete elements. The building uses solutions to reduce energy and water consumption. Part of the energy will be obtained from a photovoltaic installation planned on the roof. Rainwater from green roofs and terrain will be discharged into an open, landscaped retention basin. To allow the convenient use of bicycles as a means of transportation, near the main entrance there will be a bicycle shed for about 30 stands. Additionally, there will be showers and lockers for cyclists in the building. Thanks to the use of natural materials, the interiors will provide better comfort than in a typical office building.

The building will be LEED Platinum certified.
